The Chakras are spiritual centers in the human body that are normally not visible with the naked eye. Some people with evolved senses might visualize them just like they could see the person's 'aura'. Visuals of light, the sun, the 'inner sun' in the chest or stomach are all good focal points to fortify this energy center.
